Return Policy

Changing your mind

If you change your mind we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

  • - The item is returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging, with all pieces intact.
  • - Our Web team must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intended return
  • - Proof of purchase e.g. receipt, order confirmation, packing slip, credit card statement, is provided

A refund will be applied to the method of payment used for the transaction. The returned product shipping costs are at the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by Build-A- Bear Workshop or you can return the product to any Build-A- Bear Workshop store in Australia. The credit will be processed within 3 business days once the items are received back in our office

Returning an item

If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. Please call 03 9318 6266 and have either your emailed order confirmation or packing slip for the product available to you. The web store team will take your details and the item details and organise for them to be replaced or repaired.

If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your order confirmation or packing slip handy. A refund will be applied to the method of payment that was used for the transaction.
