Return Policy

Changing your mind

If you change your mind, we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

  • - Furry friends are not returnable based on change of mind.
  • - Items such as clothing, shoes and accessories, must be returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging and with all pieces intact.
  • - If it is an online purchase, our Web team or store team must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intended return
  • - Proof of purchase e.g. receipt, order confirmation, packing slip, credit card statement, is provided

A refund will be applied to the method of payment used for the transaction. If the order was placed online, shipping costs are at the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by Build-A- Bear Workshop. Alternatively, you can return the product to any Build-A- Bear Workshop store in Australia. The credit will be processed within 3 business days once the items are received back in our office.

Returning an item

If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. Please visit your nearest store with your proof of purchase or call 03 9318 6266 for web orders and have either your emailed order confirmation or packing slip available to you. Our team will take your details and the item details and organise for them to be replaced or repaired.

If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your order confirmation or packing slip handy. A refund will be applied to the method of payment that was used for the transaction.
